Special requests- important info for 2024 – (e.g., Placing up to 2 pitches together, preferred pitch number) We cannot guarantee any such request; this is especially important to note for short bookings of less than seven nights, which will be allocated to maximise efficiency. If the enjoyment of your holiday is contingent on us fulfilling your request, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to cancel your booking and refund you in full. Special requests must be in writing.

Check-in time is after 1 pm and Check-out is before 12 pm
Holiday Caravans and Cabins:
Check-in time is after 4 pm and Check-out is 10 am.

NOTE:
If no availability is showing for your chosen period, here are a few possible reasons why;
Touring and Camping park
5 Night minimum Early Bird bookings
2 night minimum stay required during normal times
4 Nights during Easter Bank Holiday
3 night minimum during May holiday
5 night minimum during Whitsun half term, School summer holidays
7 night minimum during Regatta (Caravans) 5 night minimum (tents)
Holiday caravans
7 Night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday

IMPORTANT
- We are unable to accept ANY group bookings. Maximum 2 families together.
- We will continue to limit the number of tents for 2023 for the comfort of our guests.
- We cannot accept any Caravans/Motorhomes over 10m in length
Season dates – We will close between 10th December 2023 – 9th February 2024
