Important Pre-Arrival information

An instruction guide to our 5-step process for preparing and managing your self-check-in.
Please check…
- that we have the email address and phone number that you can access while on holiday
- that you have provided your vehicle registration/s! You will not be able to access the park without this as we have an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition barrier system.)
- you have added ALL guests to your booking prior to your visit.
If not, you can email us at [email protected] with your booking reference number and updated information
We will send you a check-in email at 7 pm on the evening before your arrival. This will include:
- Your pitch number (Tents will not require a number as you will choose your own pitch)
- The vehicle registration we have on record for you (please check that this is correct)
- A link to a map of the park
- Contact details including for out of hours emergencies.
Arrive at the park after 1pm for the touring park or 4pm for accommodation and follow signs to the reception
LATE ARRIVALS: If you plan to arrive after reception hours, please contact the reception team on the morning of your arrival and we will make sure you have all the information you require. Please note that camping customers (tents) will not need a pitch number but will still be required to contact us if they are planning to arrive after hours.
We are here if you need us and, as always, our friendly team will be happy to help
Enter the park and find your pitch. Report to reception for accommmodation keys.
Please remember…
- The barrier will recognise the car registration you have provided and will lift automatically.
- 5 mph at all times.
- Please do not drive to or from your pitch between 11pm-8am.
- The 2m Height barrier restricts high sided vehicles access between 10pm-8am
Settle in and enjoy your stay! (See further down for camping instructions for tents)
Please remember…
- Make sure you are on the right pitch.
- Keep caravan, awning and car on the gravel area (if on an all weather or fully serviced pitch).
- Park additional vehicles in the carpark
- Call us on 01491 573 419 if you need any help.
- Emergencies (out of hours) 07552 639389
If you have chosen a ‘non awning’ pitch but would like to put up an awning or porch then you may need to park your car in the main car park unless you can fit within the gravel area.
Welcome to your Touring Park pitch (caravans and Motorhomes)
To find your Touring pitch (Caravans and motorhomes).
- Check your email confirmation or the welcome leaflet given to you by the reception team for your pitch number.
- Follow the signs on the park.
- Look for the square number stickers located on the pitch bollard (or wooden peg if grass touring pitch).
- Please position your caravan/motorhome car and awning entirely within the gravel area of the pitch. For grass touring pitches, the wooden peg is the centre of your pitch.
To find your tent pitch….
- Simply follow the signs to the tent field.
- Once you have reached the tent field, you will need to find the right area.
- Check your confirmation for the category of pitch you have booked and find the corresponding sign (click image below to enlarge).
- Please ONLY pitch on the category you have booked (you can check this on your confirmation). Ignore the number! This is for our reference only)
- When setting up, make sure you are positioned between the white plastic markers on the small wooden fences. This is your pitch – 15m x 15 m.
Please make sure you are neatly within your pitch so that we can maintain a fire break between pitches. We will have to ask you to move if pitched incorrectly.
