As one of the most prestigious rowing events globally, it combines thrilling races with an unmistakable social buzz, attracting visitors from near and far. Whether you’re cheering from the riverbank, mingling at the enclosures, or simply enjoying the lively atmosphere in town, the Regatta is a highlight of the Henley calendar and a wonderful time to visit.
June 30th – July 5th 2026
During Henley Royal Regatta week, we offer camping across three separate fields, each with different facilities and atmospheres to suit your stay. Here’s what to expect:
Field 1 – Main Camping Area
Perfect for those who enjoy a lively, sociable atmosphere, Field 1 offers free camping with no allocated pitches. Some electric hook-ups are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and parking is located separately from tents. Expect a busier, more energetic environment here.
Field 2 – Quiet Camping (5+ Nights Only)
For a more relaxed stay, Field 2 provides allocated pitches with electric hook-up. This is a strictly quiet area, making it ideal if you’re looking for peace and calm. Guests can usually park one car beside their tent, space permitting. Additional parking is available on request. We cannot control noise from off the park (Music from the Regatta etc)
Field 3 – Quiet Non-Electric Area
If you prefer simplicity, Field 3 offers a back-to-basics experience with no electric hook-up. Parking is separate, and the ground is slightly sloping; noise levels are monitored for those who want a quieter, more traditional camping feel.
